About this role
Org. Setting and Reporting The positions are located within the Investigation and Analysis Section (IAS) of the International, Impartial and Independent Mechanism to assist in the investigation and prosecution of persons responsible for the most serious crimes under International Law committed in the Syrian Arab Republic since March 2011 (IIIM). The incumbent will report to the P3 Information Analyst assigned undertaking searches, research and analytical work for the purposes of identification, collection, collation and analysis of multi-source information concerning alleged violations of international humanitarian law and human rights violations and abuses, in support of the IIIM’s structural investigations, responses to requests for assistance, and/or investigation and case building activities.
