About this role
Background: Peace Brigades International Nepal is seeking a motivated and versatile General Intern/Volunteer to support its work in Kathmandu. The role involves a combination of project support, social media and communications, basic monitoring and evaluation (M&E), and logistics. The position requires a commitment of at least three months, preferably longer; the start date is as soon as possible. Please note that the position is unpaid. Applications are accepted on a rolling basis. Responsibilities: General Project & Logistical Support Assist with organizing workshops, trainings, focus group discussions, and public events Support logistical arrangements such as venue booking, material preparation, and participant coordination Help with note-taking, documentation, and follow-up after events Assist in basic finance/admin tasks like maintaining attendance records, filing, or procurement documentation Communications & Social Media Develop, plan, and implement content for PBI Nepal’s social media platforms (e.g., Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn) Draft text and visual content for outreach, including newsletters, captions, and short campaign materials Attend field visits or…
