Job Location: Northwest Syria – Idleb or Aleppo Job purpose: Under the supervision of the Project Manager, the Project Officer leads day-to-day implementation of the RISE Syria project (Resilient Irrigation for Smallholder Empowerment), funded by the Humanitarian Innovation Programme (HIP)/Innovation Norway.
