Job Summary The Client Services Unit of the HR department is seeking a dynamic and highly motivated Project Analyst (PA) with strong generic HR skills and good quantitative and analytical skills. The successful candidate should have the proven ability to work independently, as well as collaboratively in a team environment. The PA will work as part of a team of other PAs to provide a wide range of support to HR Business Partners (HRBP) and Strategic HR Partners (SHRP). The PA will support the implementation of HR initiatives as well as data gathering and analysis of departmental workforce, staffing and the work environment. Duties and Responsibilities Provide analytical support on HR metrics to include data and information support on HR metrics (Diversity & Inclusion (D&I), staffing trends, hiring, performance management completion rates, etc.) Provide input into the design and support implementation of HR initiatives aimed at enhancing an open and inclusive environment in the department.
