Position Overview SEED Madagascar is a medium-sized British NGO working in partnership with communities in the southeast of Madagascar. We are looking for a Programmes Manager to coordinate the development and management of our community health programme. This is a unique opportunity for a development professional with two to four years’ experience to take on greater responsibility for programme delivery, working alongside national and international colleagues to lead programme development, grant writing, reporting and evaluation. The role would suit someone with experience in international development who is ready to take the next step in their career and develop their skills in managing a team and a portfolio of projects. The postholder will play an important role in shaping the continued development of SEED’s Community Health Programme, working closely with colleagues to ensure that our programmes are well designed, effectively delivered and responsive to the needs of the communities we work with.
