OBJECTIVES OF THE PROGRAMME The Regional Director's Office (RDO) supports the Regional Directorin the efficient delivery of their mandate and in the provision of effectiveleadership and coordination of the work of WHO in the Eastern MediterraneanRegion, including partnerships and collaboration with countries, the UN system,international organizations, bilateral and multilateral agencies and otherstakeholders. DESCRIPTION OF DUTIES Coordinate and facilitate improved information and knowledge management within the team to ensure monitoring and evaluation, organizational learning, and reporting, with a particular responsibility for maintaining andimproving the activities databases/lessons learnt log.Accompany the Regional Director to meetingsand missions, when necessary, prepare meeting minutes, track progress on agreedissues, and follow-up with focal points on actions taken. Facilitate the Regional Director's public engagements and travel to countries of the Region, including collaborating withtechnical departments to prepare talking points and background documents,updating the Regional Director's calendar, liaising with organizers to obtainall relevant materials.Coordinate the WHO…
