CIMMYT is seeking an experienced ERP Data and Analytics Specialist to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing and analyzing data within the Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) system to support decision-making, improve business processes, and enhance reporting capabilities. This role requires a detail-oriented professional skilled in data analytics, ERP system management, and cross-functional collaboration to deliver actionable insights and facilitate efficient operations. Responsibilities Manage data extraction, validation, and analysis within the ERP system. Develop and maintain dashboards, reports, and analytical tools to support various departments. Collaborate with stakeholders to understand data needs and provide appropriate solutions. Ensure data integrity, accuracy, and security within the ERP environment. Identify opportunities to optimize ERP data processes and workflows. Provide training and support to users on data-related matters and ERP functionalities.
