LABORATORY MANAGER – EBOLA EMERGENCY POOL PURPOSE Defining, implementing and monitoring all laboratory activities in the project area including management of relevant staff, according to MSF protocols in order to ensure the quality of the laboratory work WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR LABORATORY MANAGER IN THE DEMOCRATIC REPUBLIC OF THE CONGO – EBOLA EMERGENCY RESPONSE Available for deployment within the next 3 months for your first rotation of 12-16 weeks, followed by a mandatory 21-day post-deployment monitoring period. French proficiency (at least B2) Experienced in Ebola response, VHF, outbreak, or emergency response (strong asset) Flexible and adaptable in fast-changing environments Resilient under high-pressure humanitarian conditions Committed to teamwork and MSF principles Ready for remote and resource-limited field settings Essential laboratory technician diploma, desirable specialization or training in tropical diseases or other laboratory domains At least 2-year experience as a lab tech.
