About STOOS STOOS is an international research and consulting firm providing evaluations, assessments, research, capacity building and project management services across humanitarian and development settings. We work with NGOs, international organizations and other partners to generate evidence, strengthen programmes and improve outcomes for communities across the Middle East, Africa, Eastern Europe and beyond. STOOS invites applications from experienced international Education Experts to collaborate on education-related consultancy assignments. Experts based in any country are welcome to apply. Assignments will be primarily remote , with occasional travel depending on project requirements and agreed availability. Role Overview The Education Expert will provide technical and strategic support to education assignments, drawing on substantial experience in managing and implementing education projects internationally . The role will include contributing to programme design, evaluations, assessments, research and capacity building, working closely with STOOS teams, clients and national partners.
