Result of Service Result of Service 1. Improved data output produced in SCPT which must be reliable to avoid the negative impact on the Mission Budget proposal 2. Enhanced SCPT data cleansing, especially with blocked or without cost PIDs, inaccurate demand forecasting, stock levels' verification, historical/ consumption data analysis, price alerts as well as improved checking of other SCPT attributes and key figures. 3. More efficient data scrutiny of the forecasts (for goods and services) generated by the SCPT 4. Streamlined and improved procurement of required goods and services 5. Better inventory accuracy, and optimized inventory stocks (avoiding stock outs or surplus) 6. Improved end-to-end visibility of supply chain process 7. Streamline upstream with downstream processes (ordering vs procured, and receiving), achieve cost-efficient sourcing that is critical for the budget formulation and operate in compliance with internal controls best practices 8. Allow Acquisition Management Unit (AMU) to cope with new roles imposed by SCPT and effectively handle the heavy workload 9.
