About this role

Overview and Purpose The Monitoring, Evaluation, Accountability and Learning (MEAL) Managerwill be responsible for designing and executing the MEAL systems for quality, learning and accountability of the Concern Sudan Programme. He/she will lead assessments (baseline, quick ER assessments etc.) and evaluations (endline assessments, impact assessments etc.) and will lead the entire project monitoring system. Reports to: You will report to the Programme Quality and Development Coordinator and line manage MEAL staff based in all Concern locations. You will work closely with the Programme Director (PD), Area Coordinators (ACs), Programme Managers (PMs) and the Grants Manager. Terms: This is a 12-month role with unaccompanied terms based in Geneina, Sudan Salary: GB5; €42,136 - €46,818 Requirements: Extensive travel within Sudan, including conflict-affected and remote areas, may be required.
