Background The International Planned Parenthood Federation (IPPF) is a global healthcare provider and a leading advocate of sexual and reproductive health and rights (SRHR) for all. IPPF Humanitarian is committed to providing lifesaving SRHR and Ssexual and Gender Based-Violence (SGBV) services in crisis-affected areas. IPPF requires the services of a consultant/firm to finalize its Clinical Management of Rape, Intimate Partner Violence (CMR/IPV) toolkit resources designed to support frontline humanitarian responders to deliver human rights-based, survivor centred, trauma-informed and inclusive CMR/IPV services in humanitarian responses. The CMR/IPV toolkit comprises two documents as follows: 1. a CMR/IPV protocol- 40 pages 2. a CMR/IPV pocket guide- 16 pages This Terms of Reference (TOR) therefore, outlines the requirements for professional copy editing, proofreading, design and production of the CMR/IPV toolkit.
