About this role
Recruitment and Selection Manage end-to-end recruitment and selection activities across the Organization, ensuring compliance with applicable regulations, policies and procedures. Advise hiring managers and review and assess recruitment requirements, determine appropriate recruitment strategies, and oversee the development and execution of recruitment plans aligned with organizational objectives. Lead the design and implementation of candidate assessment methodologies and selection processes to ensure transparent, merit-based and competency-driven recruitment outcomes. Review and endorse recruitment recommendations and related documentation prior to submission for approval. Monitor and evaluate recruitment effectiveness, service delivery standards and workforce acquisition outcomes, recommending corrective actions where required. Outreach and Talent Attraction Support the implementation of outreach and sourcing strategies to attract qualified and diverse candidates.
