Program Background Partnerships for Infrastructure (P4I) is an Australian Government initiative supporting quality, inclusive infrastructure development across Southeast Asia. P4I works with partners to strengthen policy and regulatory frameworks and address barriers to infrastructure project development across four sectors, including maritime decarbonisation, with inclusion and climate considerations integrated throughout. Under this activity, P4I is seeking advisory services to assess a potential Green Shipping Corridor between Thailand and Singapore, building on P4I's earlier work identifying priority maritime decarbonisation opportunities for Thailand.
