Work Location Beijing, In-person, Full time Expected duration 3 -6 months, start from 19 October 2026 Duties and Responsibilities The United Nations Department of Management Strategy, Policy and Compliance is responsible for policy leadership in all management areas through the provision of a clear, integrated global management strategy and policy framework and through strengthened monitoring, evaluation and accountability mechanisms. The intern is located in the Staffing Diversity and Outreach Section, Strategic Talent management Services, GSPD/Office of Human Resources within DMSPC, and will be stationed at the Resident Coordinator’s Office in Beijing, China. The intern reports to a Human Resources Officer. Depending on the intern's background and interests and the needs and ongoing activities of GSPD, an intern will gain hands-on experience in two or more of the following areas: A. Administrative and Technical Skills -Assist in designing, updating and/or maintaining internal records, databases, and SharePoint files, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality. -Use and/or effectively apply a variety of Office 365 apps, Power BI, or other software to prepare team presentations,…
