Job Overview: The P&C Design and Change Management Specialist ensures that P&C transformation initiatives — Workday enhancements, process redesigns, and digital rollouts — are genuinely adopted across IRC's global workforce, not just technically delivered. This role owns the people-readiness side of transformation: understanding who's affected, how ready they are, what could go wrong, and how to address it before it does. Working closely with the Training & Learning Delivery Specialist, Business Analysts, and P&C Partners, this role designs the change management approach for every initiative and embeds it from day one — from stakeholder impact assessments through go-live readiness and post-launch adoption tracking. The findings from this role directly feed the training design work led by the Training & Learning Delivery Specialist, ensuring training is built on a real understanding of who needs what.
