Electrical Design Engineer

About this role
You will join a team responsible for developing and optimising hardware and software solutions for control, protection and safety systems used in CERN’s experimental facilities. In this role, you will contribute to the operation and reliability of the magnet systems of the LHC experiments, including ATLAS, CMS, ALICE and LHCb, as well as other critical infrastructure. You will be involved in the design, implementation and maintenance of low-voltage electrical systems, working closely with engineers, technicians and physicists in a multidisciplinary environment.
