Role Description Altamont Group (AG) is seeking an experienced Quality Assurance Specialist (QAS) to support our team. This role is crucial in ensuring the quality and accuracy of our proposals , and client deliverables , i.e., reports, PPTs, proposals, social media verbiage, website updates, etc. The successful candidate will review content, format, and style to ensure all documents align with client requirements and AG standards. The ideal candidate will work closely with proposal and project teams to maintain high standards across all stages of proposal development and project implementation. Key Responsibilities Quality Assurance (QA) for Proposals: Fully understand the key requirements of the Terms of Reference (TOR) and the client’s requirements for proposals Review proposals to ensure compliance with all RFP/TOR requirements, ensuring all necessary sections are included and formatting guidelines are adhered to Ensure key messages and technical language are clear, concise, and consistent throughout the proposal Review proposal documents for grammatical errors, clarity, consistency, and validate financial figures, technical content, and data accuracy Ensure the technical…
