MER Specialist - AIR SETARA Apply now » Date: 16 Sept 2026 Location: Kupang, Indonesia #job-location.job-location-inline { display: inline; } Company: Plan International Project Background AIR SETARA (Akses Air dan Sanitasi Aman untuk Semua) is a 3.5-year project implemented in Timor Tengah Selatan, Manggarai, and Belu Districts, East Nusa Tenggara (NTT). The project aims to address interconnected challenges related to limited access to safe water and sanitation, poor hygiene practices, stunting, environmentally related diseases, disruption to children’s education, and increasing climate risks such as droughts, floods, and landslides. The project adopts a holistic approach that combines WASH infrastructure improvements with behaviour change, stronger governance, water resource protection, and sustainable management of WASH services. The project will reach all primary schools and Puskesmas across the three target districts through a phased, dual-track and cohort-based approach.
