About this role
Mission The Medical Coordinator is responsible for the design, development, supervision and improvement of the medical strategy and health and nutrition activities of MdM programs in the area. It ensures the quality of services supported by MdM by integrating Triple Nexus approach into health programs thereby strengthening the local healthcare system's ability to withstand and recover from crises while promoting sustainable development and peacebuilding. He/she represents the organization in all technical strategic and coordination forums and ensures proper communication and coordination with key stakeholders. Geographical scope of intervention The successful candidate will be based in North-East Syria with travels to MdM base in Dohuk (KRG). Organisation chart The successful candidate will be part of the coordination mission team and will report directly to the Country Coordinator.
