About this role
Description : 1. Post Context/Post Summarv Headquarters Allied Land Command (HQ LANDCOM) is the Theatre Land Component and Land Advocate responsible for coordinating and synchronizing NATO and Partner Land Forces by enabling land domain readiness, interoperability, standardization, and competency; on order deploys headquarters elements to provide planning, coordination, and command capabilities to Allied forces. The Plans Directorate (PLANS) directs, monitors, assesses and coordinates long-term operations planning, as well as policy matters, readiness, education, training, exercise, evaluation and partnerships staff functions. The G7 Division plans, coordinates and executes the Education, Training, Exercise and Evaluation (ETEE) functions and contributes to NATO wide ETEE. It manages the NATO Lessons ldentified / Lessons Learned (L|/LL) process within the HQ. The Training, Exercise and Evaluation Branch is responsible to G7 for the Combat Readiness Evaluation (CREVAL) programmes.
