Organizational Setting and Reporting Relationship The position of Procurement Officer is assigned to the Procurement Division (PFP) within the Procurement, Portfolio, and Financial Management Department (PPFD). You will be based at our Papua New Guinea Resident Mission in Port Moresby, Papua New Guinea. You will report to the Director, PFP, and will be matrixed to the Country Director, PNRM. Your Role As a Procurement Officer, you will work with other members of PPFD, Procurement Sector Teams in Headquarters, and staff at PNRM. You will engage with Executing and Implementing agencies (IAs) of the Borrower, engaged consultants, and partners on all procurement-related aspects of the sector portfolio.
