About this role
Location: Arequipa, Peru Duration : Minimum two years Position Summary As General Director, you will lead and coordinate Intiwawa's teams in Peru, Germany, and the United States, ensuring effective communication and collaboration across countries and departments. You will oversee the organization's administrative and operational areas, including Programs, Finance, Marketing and Communications, Fundraising, Volunteer Management, Monitoring and Evaluation, and the daily activities of our community center, Casa Intiwawa. You will develop and implement annual strategic plans with measurable goals, strengthening the long-term sustainability and impact of the organization. You will also lead fundraising and institutional development efforts by building strategic partnerships, cultivating networks, and identifying new national and international funding opportunities.
