Job overview The Outreach Officer leads participant recruitment and outreach for the “Razem na Rynku Pracy” (RMW) project financed from the Labor Fund under the Sectoral Activation Program for Foreigners for 2026., driving the multi-channel sourcing effort that feeds Individual Support for Project Participants in Professional Activation and, through it, the project’s language, vocational, and labour-rights components (P1–P3). The role is responsible for reaching, informing, and registering foreign nationals across the project’s target regions so that the project’s headline target of 1,500 participants is met, and for ensuring a smooth handover of registered participants into the diagnosis and Individual Action Plan (IPD) process, with confirmation of activities completed and services delivered.
