Job Overview: The Middle School Alliance (MSA) Site Coordinator provides day-to-day operational and administrative coordination for Out-of-School Time (OST) programming at assigned middle school sites, working within clearly defined procedures and under the general direction of MSA leadership. The coordinator carries out established site operations, logistics coordination, family engagement, and data-accountability tasks -- coordinating schedules and communication with program providers, volunteers, and site-based staff on clearly defined tasks, without formal responsibility for supervising their work -- and escalates unusual or non-routine issues to MSA leadership for resolution.
