Opportunity Type: Regular JOB SUMMARY Habitat for Humanity International (HFHI) is seeking a motivated Credit & Portfolio Analyst to join Habitat Capital (HCap), a nationally certified Community Development Financial Institution (CDFI), certified in 2017. Habitat Capital is a wholly-owned entity of HFHI and was created to serve our more than 900 US-based Habitat for Humanity affiliates. HCap provides an array of financial services and products to Habitat affiliates to support their work as affordable mortgage originators, real estate developers, home-builders, sellers, and partners for housing and community solutions. To date, HFHI and HCap has provided over $400MM in capital to its US domestic affiliate network via enterprise-level, secured project-level, bridge and structured financing for affordable housing and community development projects as well NMTC allocation for homeownership initiatives. Additionally, HCap seeks to develop and provide permanent mortgage financing products.
