About this role
Job Purpose: The Program Manager, Altadena Rebuild Loan Fund will support the implementation and day-to-day coordination of CORE's responsibilities within the Altadena Rebuild Loan Fund partnership. This position will lead community outreach, homeowner engagement, resource navigation, workshop coordination, survivor support, and partnership-building efforts designed to connect wildfire-impacted homeowners with rebuilding resources and gap financing opportunities. Working from the Altadena Recovery Hub, the Program Manager will serve as a trusted guide for survivors throughout the recovery process, helping homeowners navigate recovery challenges and connect with appropriate recovery, rebuilding, and loan fund partners. The ideal candidate will possess strong program management skills, experience working with disaster-affected communities, and a commitment to equitable recovery, housing stability, and community resilience.
