SUMMARY The Office of Workplace Management and Business Continuity (WMBC) ensures seamless operational continuity by optimizing facility performance, driving strategic workplace transformation, and delivering comprehensive support services to maintain a dynamic, future-ready environment aligned with organizational needs for NATO Headquarters (HQ) and its alternate locations. The incumbent will support the development of Mechanical, Electrical and Plumbing (MEP) requirements for projects aimed at optimizing workplace and increasing capacity of the HQ including design review, procurement support, work supervision, commissioning, handover and integration into facility operations.
