Organizational Setting and Reporting Relationship The position of Reward Specialist is assigned to the Reward, HR & Health Services Division (BPRS) within the Budget, People, and Management Services Department (BPMSD). You will be based at our Headquarters in Manila, Philippines and relocation is required. All reasonable relocation expenses will be covered. You will report to Director, BPRS and will oversee junior team members. Your Role As a Reward Specialist, you will manage and lead the HR Services team which focuses on employee lifecycle processes, ensure that reward and HR policies and processes are managed appropriately, and the HR Service Desk team to effectively manage staff queries, ensuring that service level agreements are being met.
