SUMMARY Within NATO’s International Staff (IS), the NATO Human Resources (NHR) Office is comprised of five pillars: Talent Management; Staff Services; NATO-wide HR Policy and Strategy Coordination; Organisational Design and Development and the HR Digital Services. Within the Talent Management Section, Human Resources Officer (HRO) provides day-to-day operational HR support to assigned Divisions/Independent Offices (Divs/IOs). The role ensures accurate HR administration, timely coordination, effective onboarding and consistent application of HR policies and procedures. The HRO acts as the first point of contact for staff inquiries. They support HR processes, in close collaboration with and guided by the HR Business Partners. 2.
