Organizational Setting and Reporting Relationship The position of Finance and Administration Officer is assigned to the Federates States of Micronesia (FSM) Pacific Country Office (PCO) within the Pacific Department (PARD). You will be based at the FSM PCO, with frequent visits to the Palau PCO and the Republic of the Marshall Islands (RMI) PCO. You will report to the Advisor, North Pacific, PAOD and oversee junior team members at the FSM, the RMI, and Palau PCOs. Your Role As Finance and Administration Officer, you will manage the FSM, the RMI, and Palau PCOs' finance, administration, human resources (HR), procurement, and security functions, with support of the technical local staff of these PCOs.
