SUMMARY The NATO Office of Resources (NOR) provides independent expert technical, financial, economic and policy advice and support to the Secretary General, NATO Resource Committees, Allies, and other stakeholders on the planning, allocation and utilization of military common funding made available to achieve NATO’s goals and objectives. Within the Air & Space Capabilities (ASC) Unit under the MDC Branch, the Officer BMD Capabilities evaluates military requirements and associated technical solutions from an investment, running cost and workforce point of view, primarily for BMD capabilities. The incumbent may be required to replace the Branch colleagues during their absence. 2. QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE The incumbent must: • have a Master’s degree or equivalent level of education in computer science, electronic engineering or very closely related science/engineering fields; • have at least 5 years of experience in the field of development and/or procurement and/or maintenance of complex systems, or related fields; • be able to demonstrate knowledge of…
