What you’ll do Configure and enhance ServiceNow HRSD, Employee Center, and Workplace solutions. Build and maintain workflows, catalog items, flows, business rules, UI policies, and client scripts. Support onboarding, offboarding, employee services, desk and room booking. Create and maintain knowledge articles, reports, dashboards, and documentation.
