Overview of position About the CTG roster: The CTG Talent Roster is a pre-vetted talent pool designed to support rapid deployment when suitable assignments arise with development, humanitarian, government, and institutional partners. Joining the roster is not an immediate job offer. Candidates who successfully complete screening may be contacted for future opportunities that match their expertise, availability, mobility preferences, and commercial expectations. Roster membership is typically valid for up to three (3) years and may be renewed based on continued relevance of experience, candidate availability, performance feedback, and programme demand.
